As interest in vids has grown, cons have been accommodating longer vidshows and adding vid-watching and vid-making panels to their schedules, yet there never seems to be enough time to discuss all the different facets of vids in depth.We welcome all vid genres: gen, adult, het, slash, anime, experimental… If you like vids, you want to be at this con.
We have a dedicated vidshow room and vidshows going throughout the convention, as well as a mix of panels for both vidders and vid-watchers, for both newer and more advanced vidders. And as well as our Saturday-night premieres vidshow, we will once again be having our Friday night dance party, Club Vivid.

DeCONpression again hopes to provide enjoyable, non-intense programming for attendees who like adult SCI-FI, Fantasy, Horror, and games, themes, and artists and dealers in that vein. In keeping with our theme, we will be having some oriental-themed stuff!
DeCONpression brings you good food, good beverage, good fun – in a warm and inviting atmosphere that includes several good restaurants in the area, indoor pool, and our usual great hospitality! The midnight swim will return for convention members only, on both Friday and Saturday night. There will be the same large Con Suites, with lots of food and drink, and there will be a Casual party, and lots of time for slack!
The food function will again be a brunch on Sunday, with limited seating! With the increased space, we will have a gaming room available throughout the con, and more time to plan interesting events in programming.
